My word for the year, ONWARD, is going to require what on its surface will seem like a momentum killer. That is, 2018 is going to intentionally be filled with the spiritual discipline I need most: silence.

I spent a month of 2017 challenging myself to live out my word ADVENTURE in new and scary ways. The trip accomplished its mission: I got out of my comfort zone, did a lot of soul searching, and challenged myself in more ways than one.
